The activities we plan for children, the way we organize the environment, select toys and materials, plan the daily schedule, and interact with children, are all designed to accomplish our overall goal of developing the whole child and fostering school readiness.

At each early childhood center, you will find:

• Convenient hours of operation.
  Monday-Friday, 6:30 am-6:30 pm
• DSHS subsidy accepted.
  Contact DSHS to see if you qualify for the Working Connections Child Care subsidy.
• YMCA Financial Assistance.
  We believe every child deserves access to high-quality care. If you don't qualify for WCCC, you may still qualify for Financial Assistance provided by the Y's Invest in Youth fund.
• Highly qualified staff.
  In addition to meeting the State of Washington's licensing requirements, the Y's ECE staff must maintain a rigorous on-going continuing education schedule, every year.
