Reserve Your Camps & Pay Your Deposit

Visit our online registration site to select your camps and pre-register your child for camp. Your deposits & final payments will automatically be calculated and billed according to the billing cycle.

Note: Register for camp before April 29th and we'll automatically waive the Program Membership Fee ($25 individual/ $50 Family). Non-Facility Member Campers who reserve camps online after April 29 must purchase the annual Program Membership BEFORE registering for camp.

Complete the Camp Reservation & Safety Packet
To ensure the safety of your camper, these forms must be completed and signed by a parent or guardian. Be sure to select drop off locations where applicable. Download the packet and email it back to us at info@ymca-snoco.org or drop it off at your local branch.

*These signed forms are required even if you reserve online. Some camps may require additional forms and/or waivers. Check the right sidebar to see if your child's camp has additional paperwork. All forms must be returned at least two weeks prior to the first day of camp.

NOTE: Online registration will close one week prior to the first day of camp. To register for a camp within one week of the start date, download all paperwork and visit your local YMCA of Snohomish County branch to register in person.

PLEASE READ: Our primary goal is to keep your camper(s) safe during their time with us at camp. In order to do so, we require you to fill out the Camp Reservation & Safety Packet. To guarantee your camper’s spot in camp, all forms and the balance of your camp fee, less your original deposit, are due two weeks before the start of your camper’s scheduled session. If payment is not received by the due date, your reservation and deposit for that session will be forfeited and a “wait listed” child will be notified of the available space. Your camper cannot be accepted into camp until all completed and signed paperwork is received. For a stress-free summer, enjoy the convenience of automatic payments using your credit card.

REFUND POLICY
Camp fees may be refunded on a per-session basis, less the deposit, with one week’s prior notice only in the event of illness or family emergency. All refunds will be processed and mailed within two weeks of notification.
