Full-Time Employees

Regularly scheduled to work 37 hours or more per week

Retirement Benefit

YMCA contributes 12% of gross pay to retirement account (you may contribute additional amounts per government guidelines)

  • You must be at least 21 years of age
  • You must have at least 2 years of service with YMCA
  • You must work at least 1000 hours in each of the 2 years to be eligible

All employees are eligible to participate in Tax Deferred Accounts
