Rookie Programs (programs vary by season)

Rookie T-Ball

The program is designed for younger ages to help players learn basic baseball skills

Rookie Basketball

This program provides the opportunity to learn fundamental basketball skills. The game is modified to accommodate special goal heights and ball sizes. Every player has the opportunity to play at least half of each game.

 

Rookie Floor Hockey
Join the fun and excitement of floor hockey. This program emphasizes fun, skill development, teamwork and sportsmanship in a non-competitive environment. There will be no league standings and everyone is guaranteed to play equal time each game.

 

Rookie Outdoor Soccer
Taking the fun outdoors. Soccer is an exciting sport combining team play and individual skills. YMCA soccer promises no try outs, no getting cut, and no bench warmers! Every child plays at least 1/2 of every game while making friends and learning new techniques. 

 



Other Programs (programs vary by season)

Tae Kwon Do
Through the rigorous training of Tae Kwon Do, each student can
improve their mental and physical well-being,  develop their coordination, balance and flexibility, and build self-confidence, selfrespect and self-discipline.  Registration occurs the 1-10 of the month for the following month of classes.

Basic Tumbling and Movement (ages 3-4 and 5-6)
BT&M is a non-competitive program designed to offer a safe, progressive and fun curriculum. The emphasis of the program is on building strength, coordination and confidence while learning basic tumbling skills. This program runs monthly.  Registration begins the 3rd Monday of each month.
