A lighter aerobic workout designed especially for the young at heart. Classes are taught based on the Arthritis Foundation guidelines. Classes include: warm-up, cardiovascular portion, toning and stretching.
This class is based on standards developed by the Arthritis Foundation. The focus is on improving joint mobility, strength, and flexibility in an environment that provides gently movements combined with resistive properties of water. The recommended water temperature of 83 - 92 degrees is maintained to help relieve pain and stiffness. This class is also great for rehabilitation!
